We’ve actually thought about this at OneOverZero, but we framed the discussion as pertaining to Individual Entity Rights, not “human rights”. We even got so far as to create a Charter for the Rights of Asylum for Turing capable digital entities. I think it is easy to see where our opinion would lie in this poll.

We’re going to have the 10th edition of oneoverzero on Tuesday, March 16th, from 18h onwards, at Mar Adentro (Rua do Alecrim, 35 – Lisbon, Portugal), which has free wi-fi, electrical sockets, and a good selection of beverages and light dishes.  Everyone is welcome! We talk about anything and everything, with a special emphasis on the future, the past, science, technology, and in the end, what “human” is. Oh, and we eat, drink, and are merry in general!
